Create a Console Application

Open Visual Studio and create a new project. Select console application to create a console project.

Use the code below to set the console color, height and text. In this example I use ASCII art.

Module Module1

    Sub Main()
        Console.Title = "User Define Console"

        Console.WindowHeight = Console.LargestWindowHeight - 50
        Console.WindowWidth = Console.LargestWindowWidth - 50
        Console.BackgroundColor = ConsoleColor.DarkBlue
        Console.ForegroundColor = ConsoleColor.White
        Console.Clear()
        Console.WriteLine(" __      ___     _ _     _    __      ___                 _    _____                 ")
        Console.WriteLine(" \ \    / (_)   (_) |   | |   \ \    / (_)               | |  / ____|                ")
        Console.WriteLine("  \ \  / / _ ___ _| |__ | | ___\ \  / / _ ___ _   _  __ _| | | |      ___  _ __ ___  ")
        Console.WriteLine("   \ \/ / | / __| | '_ \| |/ _ \\ \/ / | / __| | | |/ _` | | | |     / _ \| '_ ` _ \ ")
        Console.WriteLine("    \  /  | \__ \ | |_) | |  __/ \  /  | \__ \ |_| | (_| | |_| |____| (_) | | | | | |")
        Console.WriteLine("     \/   |_|___/_|_.__/|_|\___|  \/   |_|___/\__,_|\__,_|_(_)\_____|\___/|_| |_| |_|")

        Console.WriteLine(" Your place for .Net codes.")
        Console.ReadLine()

    End Sub

End Module

The code above displays the console from the screenshot below:
